How do I track my order?

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after processing, please contact us at info@yardhomedeals.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return an item?
Send an email to info@yardhomedeals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours on weekdays with further instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?
Please contact us at info@yardhomedeals.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this at no additional cost to you.
