Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States only.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery takes 7–10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order via our Track Order page.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after processing, please contact us at info@yardhomedeals.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us at info@yardhomedeals.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?
Send an email to info@yardhomedeals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours on business days with further instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact us at info@yardhomedeals.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this at no additional cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your payment details.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
